Return Policy
At SARVDA, our priority is your satisfaction. If you ever need to cancel an order or request a replacement, our Refund and Cancellation Policy has you covered.
Cancellation Policy:
- You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing info@sarvda.com with your order ID.
- Once the item has been dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
Return/Replacement Policy:
- If you receive a defective or damaged product, notify us within 3 days of delivery by emailing info@sarvda.com with your order ID and a description/photo of the issue. We'll replace it if available, or you can opt for a full refund or an alternative product.
- Please keep the original packaging, tags, and price tags intact for returns. Damaged packaging will not be accepted.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. We do not offer reverse pickup service.
- Refunds are processed within 7 working days of receiving the returned product at our warehouse, minus shipping and COD charges.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank account or UPI details may be requested if necessary.
- Once your refund request is confirmed, we'll initiate the process and keep you updated.
- We reserve the right to refuse refund or replacement requests if policy terms are not met.
