Return Policy

At SARVDA, our priority is your satisfaction. If you ever need to cancel an order or request a replacement, our Refund and Cancellation Policy has you covered.

Cancellation Policy:

  1. You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing info@sarvda.com with your order ID.
  2. Once the item has been dispatched, cancellations are not possible.

Return/Replacement Policy:

  1. If you receive a defective or damaged product, notify us within 3 days of delivery by emailing info@sarvda.com with your order ID and a description/photo of the issue. We'll replace it if available, or you can opt for a full refund or an alternative product.
  2. Please keep the original packaging, tags, and price tags intact for returns. Damaged packaging will not be accepted.
  3. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. We do not offer reverse pickup service.
Refund Policy:
  1. Refunds are processed within 7 working days of receiving the returned product at our warehouse, minus shipping and COD charges.
  2. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank account or UPI details may be requested if necessary.
  3. Once your refund request is confirmed, we'll initiate the process and keep you updated.
  4. We reserve the right to refuse refund or replacement requests if policy terms are not met.
